I had ordered the Anderson bean S3015 in 10.5 D. I really liked the order process. It was fast and easy and it shipped quickly. The issue was when I received the order it was the wrong size. I then had to ship it back but Shirley was able to ship out the correct size right away. Again the only issue when I did receive my boots they still had one of those security devices on the boot. I then called and was told I could either send them back or I cut it off with wire cutters. I bought a wire cutter and cut it off myself. It was a bit inconvenient but I am happy with the boots.
